What’s the difference between mobile caravan servicing and a habitation check?

A habitation check focuses on the living area and its safety systems. Full mobile caravan servicing includes the habitation check plus chassis work such as brakes, hitch, stabiliser and underbody inspection.

How long does mobile caravan servicing take?

Mobile caravan servicing takes approximately 2 hours for a single-axle caravan and 2.5 hours for a twin-axle caravan.

Do you service the chassis as well as the living area?

Yes. Our mobile caravan servicing includes brake inspection and adjustment, hitch inspection and cleaning, stabiliser inspection and lubrication, and chassis and underbody inspection, alongside the full habitation check.

Is this suitable if my caravan is still under manufacturer warranty?

Yes. As an NCC & MCEA Approved mobile workshop we can carry out annual servicing on touring caravans that are still under the manufacturer’s warranty. Always check your warranty terms for any specific requirements.

Can you carry out the service at a storage site?

Yes. We can complete the service at your home, storage facility or another suitable location. Travel cost is included across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
